- AXA Technology Services (“AXA Tech”) may collect your personal details, such as your name and contact details (e.g. your e-mail address) and other relevant information from your CV and/or application. On occasion this may also include sensitive personal information. We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website is only used for the purposes set out in this policy. By submitting your CV and/or application, you agree that your personal data (including sensitive personal data) may be:
- 2.1 held and processed by or on behalf of AXA Tech for management purposes and for personal administration in connection with your prospective employment, including without limitation, disclosure to any group companies anywhere in the world; and/or
- 2.2 disclosed as required by any application legal, regulatory or other obligation.
- Your personal data will be kept for the duration of your candidacy and any subsequent employment with AXA Tech and for a reasonable period thereafter.

AXA Tech applies equal rigour to the security of data held and processed across the whole of its global network and each global AXA Tech group office outside the EEA. AXA Tech ensures that all offices undertake to meet the same standards of data security and to act in accordance with the eight Data Protection Principles applicable under the European Data Protection laws.
